Atlas Meridian LLC d/b/a OpSignal (“OpSignal,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a Delaware limited liability company headquartered in Colorado, provides AI-driven contextual analysis of sensor-derived data to generate verified operational, security, and compliance intelligence.
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and security of all information processed through our platform.
1. Scope and Operating Model
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information in connection with:
- Our enterprise AI platform
- Edge processing devices
- Cloud infrastructure
- Website and marketing interactions
Our Data Processing Model
OpSignal processes data generated from customer-owned sensor systems, which may include:
- Video streams
- Environmental data
- Acoustic data
- Vibration telemetry
- Operational control signals
Metadata-First Architecture
- Raw sensor streams may transit OpSignal systems for processing.
- By default, raw video is not stored in OpSignal’s cloud environment.
- The platform primarily stores AI-generated metadata.
- Raw footage is stored in cloud systems only if expressly configured by the Customer.
Customers retain exclusive ownership of all underlying sensor data.
2. Roles and Legal Position
Enterprise Deployments
For most platform operations:
- The Customer acts as the Data Controller.
- OpSignal acts as the Data Processor.
OpSignal processes Customer Data solely in accordance with contractual agreements and documented Customer instructions.
We do not independently determine the purposes or means of processing Customer-owned sensor data.
Website Visitors
For website visitors and marketing interactions, OpSignal acts as the Data Controller.
3. Data Minimization and Purpose Limitation
OpSignal collects and processes only the data necessary to:
- Deliver contracted services
- Improve system performance
- Maintain platform security
- Comply with legal obligations
We configure metadata-first processing by default to reduce unnecessary retention of raw sensor streams.

A. Website and Business Contact Data
We may collect:
- Name
- Business email
- Business phone number
- Company affiliation
- IP address
- Browser metadata
- Cookies and analytics data
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
